The remit was to produce inflatable safety walling to a large steel built amusement ride to be used as a toboggan ring slide. We had to create the exact shape of the structure and were able to import the steel design in to our software to create the perfect shape to match the structure. The walling was produced to tie on to the framework to provide a soft barrier for the ride and be removable in sections. We hand painted the snowflake and snow effect to give the finished product the right look for the environment.
